Liam Newby is the founder of Célvoir, a Sydney-based merchandise and e-commerce agency built for artists. Over the past five years, he has worked across more than 30 brands, combining strategy, design, technology and operations to build businesses that look credible, convert effectively and scale cleanly.
Liam began working in e-commerce as a teenager, building and operating brands across fashion, merchandise and digital retail. That early hands-on experience developed into a full-stack operating model spanning brand positioning, UX/UI, web development, conversion strategy, product design, content, supplier management and fulfilment.
Through Célvoir and Serenibele, he has led projects from initial concept through to launch and growth. His work includes achieving 7× revenue growth in 30 days and contributing to e-commerce and merchandise projects connected to artists and teams across the global music industry.
His approach is centred on ownership. Rather than separating strategy, design, copy and operations across disconnected teams, Liam aligns each layer into one commercial system. This reduces handoff friction, creates clearer decisions and protects the integrity of the brand as it scales.
His perspective has also been shaped by mentorship from senior executives with experience across Chanel, Hermès, Calvin Klein, Ford, LEGO and Dolce & Gabbana, reinforcing an emphasis on restraint, clarity, customer experience and long-term brand value.
